Supply lists look a little different with online and virtual learning this fall, but we’ve got you covered. Grab everything from headphones and laptops to recess games and journals in the Old Mill District.

For all your laptop, headphone and charging station needs, be sure to check out Simply Mac. Yes, that means all the awesomeness of new MacBooks, wireless headphones and Iphones, but Simply Mac also sells certified pre-owned devices that can be a lifesaver for your checkbook. USB cables, hard drives, phone covers — Simply Mac has just about everything your online student needs heading into the 2020-21 school year.

Now, your little ones will probably need some tech accessories as well, but they might not be ready for AirPods just yet. Claire’s is loaded with super cute — and affordable — phone and tablet cases, headphones, tablet stands, PopSockets and more. They also carry some really fun notebooks, daily planners and diaries, all of which provide some nice non-screen time.

As you’re creating an at-home school setup, be sure to give it some character and warmth. Somewhere That’s Green, our new plant shop, has options at every price point that’ll liven up your new in-home learning center. Also check out Sutiki Emporium, a seasonal pop-up shop in the Old Mill District right next to Somewhere That’s Green. Sutiki is home to a host of gorgeous home furnishing pieces imported directly from Bali.

Looking for something a little more whimsical to decorate your space? We love the artwork Hello Sunshine carries. They’ve also got a great selection of journals and inspiring stationary.

Once you’ve got your indoor nook figured out, start planning what home recess looks like with a little help from REI. Yep, camping versions of badminton, disc golf, bocce and corn hole make for great recess breaks in a confined yard.

Finally, send your kid’s teacher a little sugar-rush thank-you with a treat from Sweet Tooth Candy Shoppe. This virtual learning is a new challenge for all of us; they’ll appreciate the thought (and especially the candy.) Not sure if chocolate-covered gummy bears are their thing? Well, Old Mill District gift cards are a pretty sweet thank you, too.
