Fratzke Property Management announce their recent acquisition of COLM Commercial Real Estate headquartered in Bend.
According to Fratzke Property Management the acquisition of COLM enables the company to better serve its’ clientele. With the hiring of several former employees from COLM, FPM has a team of five full time property management experts providing accounting and facilities management services while increasing its level of services in marketing, leasing and the sale of commercial real estate in Central Oregon.
“We leveraged our similar technology and telco platforms, modified our existing office suite and improved best practices in the day to day delivery of property management services in Central Oregon,” said Chris Cochran director of property management.
