The Solo Retreat Company, a Bend-based company that helps business leaders create intentional space for clarity and reflection, will host its first Reset Retreat October 22-25 in Bend.
Designed specifically for founders, business owners, executives and entrepreneurs, Reset Retreat is a four-day in-person experience for leaders who spend much of their time making decisions, supporting teams and carrying the weight of businesses, but may not have enough space to step away and think about personal direction.
Unlike a traditional business conference or mastermind, Reset Retreat is intentionally focused inward. Guests will move through The Solo Retreat Company’s R.E.S.E.T. Framework — Remove the Noise, Engage with the Present, See What’s True, Envision What’s Next and Take Aligned Action — through facilitated reflection, guided journaling, intentional solitude, meaningful small-group conversations and time in nature.
The retreat will be hosted at a private Central Oregon property and will include accommodations, meals and curated experiences, retreat materials, a complimentary copy of The Art of a Solo Retreat and a private post-retreat coaching session.

The October retreat will be intentionally limited to a small group to create a more personal and immersive experience.
