There are now eight candidates for the three City Council positions that will be placed on the ballot for the November 2014 election. The Bend City Council is comprised of seven council members who elect the Mayor amongst themselves. Council Members are elected to four-year terms. Individuals winning a seat on the City Council will begin serving Jan. 2015.
