Bend Dermatology Clinic announced yesterday its expansion in Redmond, with plans to break ground for a new building at 440 NW Maple Ave. Construction is expected to begin by the fall with the new location slated to open in 2023.

Starting August 1, the practice will temporarily relocate to its interim location at 111 NW Larch Ave., Redmond. There, six dermatology providers — including a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon, three additional board-certified dermatologists, and two advanced practitioners — will welcome patients of all ages for medical dermatology conditions of the hair, skin and nails.

“It’s been our privilege to care for the dermatological needs of this community since 1980. Our investment in a new, modern medical facility to better serve the greater Redmond community further solidifies our commitment to the region,” said Dr. William Delgado, who serves as medical director, board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon at the practice.
