On July 31, 2015, William Walton III and Juli Ann Walton, his wife, were indicted by a Deschutes County grand jury for stealing over $700,000 from Jack Robinson & Sons Inc. and its subsidiary, 4R-Equipment LLC.
Jack Robinson and Sons Inc. is a general contracting firm that has served Central Oregon for the last 62 years. William Walton was the office manager of Jack Robinson & Sons, Inc. and he stole this money from his employer over a four-year period from January 2011 through June of 2015.
The grand jury returned an Indictment charging the Waltons with 48 felony counts of Aggravated Theft in the First Degree, Aggravated Identity Theft, Forgery in the First Degree, and Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards. In addition, the grand jury indicted on 8 counts of Criminal Forfeiture, alleging several bank accounts, vehicles, and personal property seized by the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office are proceeds of the crimes.
The Defendants are scheduled for arraignment this week in Deschutes County Circuit Court.

The diversification provided by 4R-Equipment has enabled Jack Robinson and Sons to become extremely efficient, and as a result, more competitive on projects and more cost-effective for its clients.
Over the last six years Jack Robinson and Sons has experienced tremendous growth with annual sales of $20-30 million.
