For the second time in three years, Harcourts The Garner Group Real Estate has been named Realtor of the Year by the Central Oregon Builders Association. President and CEO Sandy Garner received the 2015 award from COBA president Dan Goodrich at the association’s annual Excellence Awards Gala January 21 at the Bend Golf and Country Club.
COBA awards were presented in 28 categories. Recipients were nominated and judged primarily on their involvement in COBA, industry accomplishments and civic activities. The company was recognized for its long record of community involvement and support for local charities.
Garner has developed a strong relationship with Central Oregon builders over the years and has marketed many successful residential subdivisions on their behalf. A long-time member of COBA, Harcourts The Garner Group has been a multi-year sponsor of the COBA Tour of Homes and received COBA Realtor of the Year honors for 2013.
Sandy Garner has practiced real estate in Central Oregon since 1979 and formed The Garner Group as an independent real estate company in 2008. The company established a franchise affiliation with Harcourts International in 2014.
Making it a “three-peat” for the company, Sandy Garner received individual honors from COBA in the form of the 2014 Gary Bunger Memorial Award for Industry Loyalty.
