BASX Solutions was founded in 2012 by Matt Tobolski and Dave Benson. The Redmond-based company is an industry leader in the manufacturing of high efficiency data center cooling solutions, cleanroom systems, custom HVAC systems, and modular solutions. The BASX leadership team has been recognized as innovators in the industry, creating new cooling systems for clients that include some of Silicon Valley’s largest tech companies. The company recently added 75,000 sf of manufacturing and a 15,000 sf main office complex to their Redmond headquarters. The 200,000 sf facility employs over 525 people and continues to be the fastest growing manufacturer in Central Oregon.

Matt Tobolski has served as President and Co-founder of BASX Solutions since the company’s inception. He has been involved in the engineering and manufacturing industry for the entirety of his career, focused on delivering value-added solutions to a broad array of markets. Matt is an experienced business leader with a proven track record of guiding industry-leading companies through extensive growth. He is focused on building top performing teams by providing strategic leadership, setting clear expectations, and empowering leaders to succeed. As a customer-facing executive, Matt has established a culture of collaboration with a focus on developing value-added solutions through a consultative sales approach, whether in manufacturing or engineering.
