Collective Pallet, a Bend-based shared warehouse, storage, and fulfillment space serving small businesses and independent brands, has announced the official transition of ownership from founder Dana Black to Tyson and Kendra Perkins.
Founded by Dana Black in 2020, Collective Pallet was created to provide flexible, accessible logistics support for growing businesses that need space, infrastructure, and community without the overhead of traditional warehousing or third-party logistics providers. Under Black’s leadership, Collective Pallet became a trusted resource for local and regional businesses navigating growth.
Tyson and Kendra Perkins, who grew up in Maine, moved to Bend in 2021 and quickly became part of the local small business community. Shortly after arriving, they formed a relationship with Black and were immediately inspired by her work building Collective Pallet and her dedication to supporting small businesses, a mission they share deeply.
“We’re incredibly grateful to Dana for building something so thoughtful and impactful,” said Kendra Perkins. “Our goal is to honor what makes Collective Pallet special while continuing to support the businesses that rely on it every day.”
The Perkins’ bring more than 15 years of combined experience working with scaling brands across operations and marketing. Their backgrounds include work with brands like Hyperlite Mountain Gear, Outside, Oregon Outdoor Alliance, and Ombraz, where they supported growth-stage brands through operational planning, logistics, and go-to-market strategy.
“Collective Pallet has always been about meeting businesses where they are,” said Tyson Perkins. “We’re excited to continue that approach, keeping the space flexible and meeting the real needs of our members.”
Black expressed confidence in the transition, noting that the Perkins’ were a natural fit to carry the business forward.
“Tyson and Kendra share the same values around community, care, and supporting small businesses that Collective Pallet was built on,” said Black. “I’m excited to see the space continue to grow under their leadership.”
Collective Pallet will remain located on Carmen Loop in Bend, Oregon, and continue operating as a shared warehouse, storage, and fulfillment resource for growing businesses, makers, and independent brands.
