Join hundreds of family members, cancer survivors, caregivers and community partners at the 27th annual Heaven Can Wait 5K in Redmond at 10am Sunday, October 4 for a fun, family-friendly run/walk in support of breast cancer patients. This year’s event is presented by Mid Oregon Credit Union and Central Oregon Radiology Associates.
The event raises funds for Sara’s Project, which provides breast cancer education, early detection and support services across Central and Eastern Oregon. Since 2000, Heaven Can Wait has welcomed more than 60,000 participants, including nearly 6,000 cancer survivors and raised more than $2 million to support local patients and families.
“Heaven Can Wait brings together families, friends and survivors for a joyful day of celebration and community,” said Jenny O’Bryan, executive director of St. Charles Foundation.
