Oregon Friendly Driver – Take the Course

With school starting again soon, you’ll see more people walking and rolling on your commutes, making now the best time to become an Oregon Friendly Driver! This free, online, 75-minute course educates drivers on the best and safest ways to use the road with people biking and walking. Visit our website for further details and to register for the course, and check out the testimonials below:

  • “Really enjoyed the content, messaging, and platform”
  • “Great course! Thank you to all who contributed. It would be nice if this type of course could be used as a requirement for driver licensing and renewals! The world of transportation is evolving daily — citizens need a way to stay up-to-date with those changes over the course of their life as a driver!”

Vanpool – Start Your Own Today

In partnership with Enterprise, Commute Options currently has two active Vanpools, one from Redmond to Black Butte Ranch and another from the Deschutes Forest Service in Bend to the ranger station in Crescent. Vanpools are a great way to avoid the stress and cost of single occupancy vehicle commuting.

Interested in starting a Vanpool with your coworkers? Visit our website for more information. You can also watch the interview our very own Kim Curley did with KTVZ to learn more.
