BBT Architects announced the award of its annual scholarship to Sarah Connolly, a senior at Crook County High School. Connolly was accepted early to Oregon State University’s pre-civil engineering program and will begin classes this fall in pursuit of her bachelor of science degree. Sarah graduated in the top five percent of her class with a 4.0 grade point average and has already accumulated 39 college credits through various advanced-placement classes. In addition to her role as student body president, Connolly was active in athletics captaining both the varsity tennis and basketball teams. She will be continuing a family tradition joining her brother, who will be a sophomore at Oregon State University, and mother Carol (class of 1990).

Each year, BBT offers a $2,500 scholarship to an outstanding Central Oregon high school student who plans to continue their education in a design-related field.
