Bend Builder Hosts Mini Twilight Bike Ride in Discovery West Friday, July 16
As an ode to Annie Londonderry, one of Discovery West’s Women of Discovery, and celebrating the spirit of Bend’s outdoor adventure, Curtis Homes will be hosting a Mini-Twilight bike ride in Discovery West. Londonderry was the first woman to bike around the world, and has a street named after her in the new Bend, Oregon neighborhood.
The community is invited to come participate in this fun, all-ages ride around one of Bend’s newest neighborhoods.

WHERE: Start and End at the Discovery Pod in Discovery West 1164 NW Skyline Ranch Rd., Bend
The company has a Discovery West home on the Central Oregon Builders Association 2021 Tour of Homes (#14 in the official guide), located at 3119 NW Mayer Place. Curtis Homes has staged this home for the Tour with a theme of discovery to match the neighborhood, complete with a full-size cutout of Annie Londonderry with whom visitors can take a photo.
