Selling Strategies teaches the most fundamental of all business skills; selling products and services to customers. Instructor Rick Silver, co-founder of E::SPACE Labs has over 30 years of experience in selling to a wide variety of companies. He also founded his own successful high-tech sales distribution firm bringing his professional expertise and effective sales strategies to the classroom.

Selling Strategies is a one session 6-hour course. The course is designed for anyone that needs to hone the following skill sets: 1) Increasing their closing rate 2) Setting realistic expectations 3) Effective time management 4) Using the phone effectively 5) Differentiating suspects from prospects 6) Cold calling techniques 7) Suspect/Prospect Differentiation 8) Recognizing customer profiles 9) Better communication to your associates and customers alike.

Understanding your target market and learning the skills needed to qualify your prospect will make you a much more productive sales person. A strong emphasis will be placed on business-to-business selling strategies along with other approaches to obtaining new clients. Course Syllabus:
The emphasis of this sales training class will be on face to face selling and building long term relationships with your client base. The morning session will give you a better understanding of focusing your attention on the important issues that make a significant difference in obtaining new business and weeding out unnecessary activities that will hamper your productive capabilities.

The afternoon session will provide an overview of the sales cycle and how to distinguish suspects from prospects. Learning how to effectively use the phone is instrumental in becoming a great “cold caller”. You will also learn how to more quickly qualify your prospects and close the business. This session will give you some skills that will help you deliver superior value and maintain customer loyalty. There will be an emphasis on being your own best manager and mastering “the art of the sale”. You will be on your way to becoming a more professional salesperson.
