OLLI-UO, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute in Central Oregon, is opening their doors and inviting the community to join in a sampling of their classes. Experience OLLI happens on Friday, October 10 from 9:30am to 12:30pm. Preregistration required.

Interested adults excited about the idea of learning with other like-minded people— but without the grades and tests—can sample the OLLI Central Oregon program at this event, which is open to the public. During the course of the morning five classes will be offered: World’s Greatest Geological Wonders, How to Look at and Understand Great Art, Gettysburg–Day Three, Nutrition Myths and Facts, and Book and Writers’ Groups.

OLLI-CO classes are a mix of panel discussions, speaker presentations, and DVD courses with facilitators.

Experience OLLI is at the UO Bend Center, next to the Duck Store at 80 NE Bend River Mall Rd. There is no fee for the classes; preregistration is required due to limited seating.
