Faceout Studio principals, Charles Brock and Torrey Sharp, celebrate the studio’s 20th anniversary. To commemorate this achievement, the studio is launching a new website and updating its identity.
“The world of book publishing has experienced tremendous change over the past twenty years,” Sharp said. “We have much to be thankful for and to celebrate. Faceout Studio is well poised for future growth and we remain fully committed to providing unique, meaningful and marketable design solutions for our publishing clients and authors for years to come.”
According to Brock, “The new site will allow our clients and future prospects a chance to validate our expertise quicker and view our individual designer’s portfolio of covers. We believe trust and personal connection is very important. We’re hoping the new site improves both. Our updated identity helps keep our market presence fresh.”
Looking toward the future of the studio, Sharp shares, “Our studio has been fortunate to work in this industry for so long. Each of us on the team loves what we do. But we’re also very aware that we can’t rest on past success. All that matters is improving our craft, deepening our expertise and continually striving to understand and meet the evolving needs of publishers, authors and readers.”
In addition to making book design a priority, Faceout is expanding into some other service areas geared toward helping content creators leverage their material in other formats and mediums.
