Bend-based GL Solutions announce the company recently received award of a contract from the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration for implementation of the GL Suite regulatory software system to serve the State of Arizona. The signing of this important contract is the culmination of 10-month formal procurement effort, and represents the latest in a long string of wins for the company, averaging one new client acquisition for GL Solutions each month for over two years – since January 2014.
As a result of the success and outlook, the company will be hiring another fifteen employees at its office downtown in the historic Bend Hardware Building.
GL Solutions will hire most new employees into the organization through its long-term training program, starting new employees in quality assurance (QA) with education on the fast-paced software company through exposure to various departments’ work. The training plan provides directed growth paths for employees to then pursue advancement from QA into software design, configuration, development, client services, or administration, and eventually into software strategy or management roles.
