Develop a Winning Proposal! A free class with the Government Contract Assistance Program (GCAP) will provide instruction on how to follow solicitation requirements in developing proposals for the competition process.
The class, titled RFP Analysis & Proposal Development, will be offered on Tuesday, October 8 from 9am-12pm at Central Oregon Community College Redmond’s Technology Education Center, located at 2324 SE College Loop; Room RTEC 209 in Redmond. There is no fee, but advance registration is required. All are welcome.
This course is hosted by the Government Contract Assistance Program (GCAP), the State of Oregon’s Procurement Technical Assistance Center.
