Like an individual pursuing higher physical fitness levels, a company needs to create an environment that enables them to track performance, understand what is or is not working, and to make improvements that allow them to thrive. December 8 at the Oxford Hotel, Bend in this exclusive, jargon-free presentation, Dan Markovitz will distill 10 critical principles from Toytota’s lean play book so you walk away with a better understanding of how to promote your company’s journey towards excellence.

Guest speaker, Dan Markovitz, author of the Shingo Award-winning book A Factory of One, is a faculty member of the Lean Enterprise Institute and teaches at Stanford and Ohio State Universities.

Many companies have failed in their pursuit of the Toyota Way because they try to be like Toyota instead of learning from them. The core principles underlying Toyota’s success can be likened to physical fitness – think of it as “corporate fitness.”
