The High Desert Food and Farm Alliance (HDFFA) is announcing their third annual Farm to Table fundraising dinner, in partnership with Broken Top Bottle Shop (BTBS). The dinner, highlighting ingredients from several Central
Oregon farms, takes place on August 24 at 6:30pm.

Central Oregon boasts an incredible farm and ranch community, and this Farm to Table dinner is an opportunity to explore its unique foods. Chef Ingrid, of Broken Top Bottle Shop, has developed a 4‐course dinner featuring ostrich meat from Central Oregon Ostrich,
a delectable braised brisket from DD Ranch, and greens from Rainshadow Organics. To fully excite your taste buds, take a look below at the full menu.

Sopes with Central Oregon Ostrich carne asada
tomatillo salsa, ground cherries & kale slaw

Salad

Local red butterhead lettuce with jalapeno feta
Rainshadow Organics gooseberry/DD Ranch honey vinaigrette

DD Ranch braised brisket‐chard Wraps with Walla Walla onion marmalade,
buttered shelled peas and fava beans, served with celeriac potato gratin

Dessert

Strawberry and honeyberry angel food cake
with Meyer lemon‐kumquat curd and yuzu sauce
