About the Park View Community:
- All 3-bedroom and 2-bath homes with attached garages
- Fire-resistant homes/landscaping and a Dark Sky community
- Highly efficient and high-performing homes
- All homes will be placed in a Permanent Affordability model where on a land lease. Homeowners build a fixed equity, which they receive if the house is sold. The next buyer must meet income qualifications.
- Average mortgage will be between $175,000-$225,000.
