Across the region, technology companies employ more than 95,000 people. As our industry continues to grow, so does the need for qualified candidates. Technology Association of Oregon (TAO) is excited to announce the launch of Tech Oregon Careers — a job board for employers and job seekers in Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, Tech Oregon Careers is open for posting by tech and tech-enabled companies for the full spectrum of positions at their organizations, and non-tech companies when hiring for tech-focused positions. Tech Oregon Careers offers both TAO members and non-members a portal to connect with job seekers, students and interns passionate about joining the innovative technology industry in Oregon and SW Washington.

  • Member Benefit: TAO members can post all job openings for 30 days for free. Tech and tech-enabled companies can post all open positions and non-tech companies can post for tech-focused positions.
  • Premium Listing: TAO members can opt to post their job as a Premium Listing for only $20, which will include priority at the top of the Tech Oregon Careers page, inclusion as a Featured Job in at least one TAO Weekly Digest newsletter and a mention on TAO’s social media.
  • Non-Member Posting: Non-member technology companies are also able to utilize TAO’s connected community to post their open positions for $50 per listing.
  • Job Seekers, Students and Interns: Candidates can search jobs by location, keyword and employment type, enabling them to find jobs that match specific skills.
  • Future Opportunities: As Tech Oregon Careers grows, look for the roll-out of the Resume Database, where job seekers can keep their information up-to-date in a searchable resume database

On behalf of the team at TAO, and our Board of Directors, we hope that Tech Oregon Careers will provide your job postings with maximum exposure to professionals, support your company in attracting top talent and help your team meet recruitment goals in 2021.
