ShowingUp is an early-stage app developing relationship intelligence tools to help people stay close to those who matter most. In contrast to many social apps that prioritize engagement through distraction, ShowingUp offers a calmer, more intentional experience that promotes real-world connection and quality time. Based in Bend and founder-led, ShowingUp is launching soon on iPhone and Android. It is fully encrypted, built with privacy in mind and avoids social media feeds, advertising and data tracking.
Russell Wilkins has built a career around crafting consumer experiences that are intuitive, scalable and emotionally resonant. His experience includes leading rider engagement at Uber, directing growth design at Netflix and consulting with OpenAI on strategic partnerships. Russell brings a strong track record of building thoughtful, user-centered products across all stages of scale. Beyond his own ventures, he advises early-stage startups on experience design and product strategy.
