The City of Bend invites qualified housing developers to submit proposals to acquire surplus City-owned property in Juniper Ridge as a deed restricted affordable housing community.
This site, located within the Juniper Ridge Overlay Zone, qualifies for affordable housing under Senate Bill 8 and the Bend Development Code. Through this opportunity, the City aims to maximize affordable housing production while fostering a high-quality residential community that complements surrounding neighborhoods.
Developers may propose rental housing, homeownership opportunities, or other housing options that meet the City’s affordable housing requirements. Proposals may also incorporate a Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) component.
