Katie Anderson, CEO and Founder of Aperion Management Group in Bend, will present a dynamic session on “Creating and Leading Effective Teams to Build A Dynamic Company Culture” at LeadHERship Conference 2020, set for February 26 and 27 at the Westlake Hyatt in Westlake Village, California. The event will feature a variety of sessions supporting the theme: “Finding the Balance: Mind, Body, Spirit.”

“I am honored to speak at this empowering event,” Anderson said. “I will share my success story and give attendees guidance on creating productive teams as well as building a company culture that people want to work for. I will also cover how to tweak recruitment strategies to find the right team members, and how to save time and money by reducing turnover and increasing team productivity.”

Anderson has more than 20 years of experience in the homeowners’ association (HOA) management industry and founded Aperion Management Group in Bend a decade ago. She currently holds accreditations with Community Associations Institute as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA – 2006), an Association Management Specialist (AMS -2012) and is one of only 2,500 Professional Community Association Managers (PCAM) in the world, a designation that she earned in 2014.

Aperion Management Group has received several acknowledgements as well, including small business of the year in 2017 from the Bend Chamber and Small Business of the Year – Consumer Services from the American Business Awards in 2019. Anderson has vast knowledge of running companies, hiring/managing teams and creating/maintaining client relations.

LeadHERship Consortium, LLC co-Founder Dr. Lori Baker-Schena, MBA, EdD, said, “We have limited the 2020 LeadHERship Conference to 200 participants to provide a more intimate environment that both motivates and educates attendees while allowing for plenty of time to network and make new contacts with like-minded women. This is in sharp contrast to many of the larger conferences, where networking opportunities are not as focused and attendees can get lost in the mix.”

Sabine Liedel, co-founder of LeadHERship Consortium, LLC, added “We designed the conference to help women in all industries and from every walk of life maintain both equilibrium and joy as they gain crucial leadership skills to navigate their careers. We are excited to welcome Katie to our roster of highly experienced presenters, who will share the practical and personal skills that have contributed to their career success — from managing change in the workplace to attracting wealth to resolving interpersonal conflicts.”

Registration is now open and interested parties should not delay, as this event is sure to sell out quickly. To find out more about the event, the topics and the presenters, visit LeadHERshipConference.com.
