Come celebrate the Latin American cultures of Central Oregon at Latino Fest 2023 on September 9 in Madras. The Latino Community Association (LCA) will host the free event in Sahalee Park, SE Seventh and C Streets, and offer live entertainment and an array of community, cultural and food booths, plus activities for kids.

New this year is a pre-festival parade that will set up at 10am at Madras High School. Son de Cuba from Portland and the Woodburn High School Mariachi will bring their vibrant music to the stage, as well as talented local groups.
