The Rooted Leader: Resetting Leadership Energy and Priorities
Spring is a season of renewal and an opportunity to realign how you lead. Rooted Leader blends a classroom workshop with immersive forest bathing and structured journaling to help you examine how your values, energy and attention shape your leadership priorities and next actions. Each session combines a focused classroom workshop with guided forest immersion at Shevlin Park and results in a practical leadership tool participants can apply immediately at work. You will leave with a written leadership intention, a sustainable energy plan, and tools to support clear, consistent decision-making in your role.
