Abilitree is a nonprofit creating living-wage employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and local businesses.
Abilitree’s employment placements have grown 40% since 2014 and they have served over 100 people on their path to employment inthe last year.This rapid growth is greatly due to local business partners like Cairn, Deschutes Brewery, Bontà Gelato, Café Yumm and Ruffwear.

Abilitree takes care of the screening and supports necessary for a successful placement, including on-site job training at no expense to the employer.
