A new holiday shopping experience is coming to Bend this December. Lay It Out Events announces the inaugural Bend Holiday Market, set for Sunday, December 6, from 10am to 3pm at Open Space Event Studios at 220 NE Lafayette Avenue.
The Bend Holiday Market will bring together a curated collection of local and regional makers, artists and small businesses for shopping and holiday cheer. Shoppers can browse unique, locally made gifts, discover new artists and businesses, enjoy seasonal treats and check a few names off their holiday shopping lists — all while supporting the creative community.
“We wanted to create a holiday event that really centers around shopping local and discovering the talented makers and small businesses we have here in Central Oregon,” said Megan Burton, event director at Lay It Out Events.
Vendor applications are open now. Organizers are seeking a diverse mix of makers, artists, craftspeople and small businesses offering products that make great holiday gifts.
The indoor setting at Open Space Event Studios offers shoppers a cozy destination to spend a December Sunday browsing and shopping without worrying about possible winter weather.
