Carol Gregg is the director and manager of the Bend location, a satellite showroom spun off from the main Smith CFI headquarters in Portland back in 2004.

Her tools include digital rendering software and an array of hi-quality lines from exclusive manufacturers like Steelcase, Watson and Turnstone. Gregg’s catalog of inventory can be used to organize and beautify the entire spectrum of office spaces encompassing office lobbies, seating areas and conference rooms.
“I’ve been in the business for 35 years and personally opened this showroom eight years ago and have taken it from nothing to the only interior design firm for offices in all of Central Oregon,” Gregg said. “I love what I do and cover all the way from Medford and Klamath Falls and Ashland all the way up to the Columbia River. The most rewarding thing about this business is the people and the interaction with my clients, giving them a space they can afford and being creative.”

“We help customers and clients pick out inventory working off anything from a tiny budget to high end interiors including a combination of used and refurbished furniture to save money,” she explained. “We can handle everything, like carpet selection, fabrics and finishes, curtains and drapes, to determining logistics and execution with executives and staff to work within their budget to accomplish a beautiful space. Our main showroom in Bend is 18-thousand square feet so the selection is quite extensive. Being creative and mixing new and used furniture is a way to make budgets stretch in a difficult economy and thinking out of the box is what I do best.”
Gregg feels right at home here on the High Desert and has developed professional friendships and a vibrant marketing network that reaches far beyond the Cascade peaks.
“Bend is such a beautiful place to live and I really like the small town atmosphere where you can run into your clients around town and say hi. It’s great to have that close interaction with clients and the whole business community. It’s been said so many times but it really is true.”
