(BEND, OR) – July 7, 2011 – Signaling a continued rebound in the local real estate market, the Tetherow resort community, located only seven minutes from downtown Bend, has seen a recent resurgence in both home and homesite purchases as well as construction over the past six months. A unique component inherent to the EAC program is ongoing community sustainability and stewardship.
