Former Congressman Rick Boucher will link the economic prospects of rural communities to the availability of broadband Internet technology in a speech to Oregon’s business leaders on Friday. Boucher, Honorary Chair of the Internet Innovation Alliance, is a featured speaker at the Oregon Economic Development Association’s Summer Conference in Bend.
