The Central Oregon Association of Realtors has named Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Ron Ross, CCIM, Central Oregon’s Realtor of the Year for 2011.
Ross is a 30-year veteran of Central Oregon Real Estate who’s worked in both residential and commercial markets. Over the years, he’s been involved with property management, ownership and management of real estate offices, and owning and operating his own real estate investments. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 2002 and is active with the organization on a national and international level, serving as vice president for CCIM Region 6. Ross is a consistent top producer at Compass Commercial.
“Ron is the type of guy that makes the world go ’round,” said Darren Powderly, president of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services. “He’s a family man, a business leader, a great friend, a civic leader and an all-around good person. Compass Commercial is very fortunate to have Ron as one of our company leaders and we are very proud of him for winning the Realtor of the Year award.”
