The Ad Federation of Central Oregon and the Tower Theatre will present the West Coast premiere of the 2011 Cannes Lions winners reel, Friday, September 30. Now in its 58th year, the International Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity rewards agencies and marketers from around the world for excellence in creativity on many levels. This year, 13 juries judged more than 28,000 entries over the course of two weeks in June.
The resulting 2011 highlight reel features the three Cyber Grand Prix and selected Gold winners; Film (TV) Grand Prix and all Gold Film winners. The Titanium & Integrated competitions continue to be at the forefront of great advertising and this reel will present the Integrated Grand Prix winner and the Titanium awards from this year’s competition. (Hint: don’t be surprised if you see some of the work for Old Spice that was featured at last year’s Bend WebCAM.)
The 2011 Cannes Festival juries selected winners to inspire and energize the Web and the Creative & Marketing industries. Attendees of the Bend WebCAM Conference at the Tower Theatre and the Oxford Hotel on September 29-30 will find the Cannes Lions reel especially powerful and motivational, and will be offered free admission to the premiere screening at 7:00 pm. Tickets for remaining seats may be purchased at the door for $8.
