The announcement of troubles for the United States Post Office (USPS) have upset many businesses who are nervous about what a reduction of services could mean for their companies. With six Oregon post offices to close among hundreds around the U.S., Moonlight Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is assuring current and future customers that there will be no interruption in the processing of their mail.

With reduced services at the USPS, mail could take up to three days longer than going through us,” said Grigsby. Through 1st class daily mail pick up, letters, packages, certified mail, express mail and more can be sent through Moonlight BPO.

Many of the larger businesses in Central Oregon as well as nationally use Moonlight BPO. Additionally, they are able to provide many of the services at a discount over post office prices. Depending on volume, one ounce mail costs between $.41 and $.43 with discounts available for two ounce mail as well.
