Local Officials at Bend Airport Talk About FAA Benefits

The Recently Passed Bill will Improve Runways and Create UAV Testing Areas

A taxiway repaving project financed in part by the Federal Aviation Administration’s Airport Improvement Program is underway at the Bend Municipal Airport. The project represents the importance of federal investment in infrastructure projects that create jobs at aviation related businesses.

The bill also creates more direct flights from the West Coast to Washington, D.C.
