Together with Ray’s Food Place the two companies are nearing a milestone on 22oz bottled beers
Three Creeks Brewing Company and Ray’s Food Place are proud to announce a significant milestone as sales surpass 10,000 units of 22oz Three Creeks’ “bombers” sold at the Sisters grocery store. Just a couple miles down the road from the brewery, Ray’s was the first retail account to sell Three Creeks Brewing Company’s beer and continues to be one of the core supporters of the local company as they grow.
“We are proud to be a supporter of Ray’s in our own direct fashion by purchasing all of our burger and sandwich buns from Ray’s Bakery,” remarked Wade Underwood, general manager and founding partner of Three Creeks Brewing. “The connection demonstrates the best of small community businesses supporting one another, and proves that when cultivated, there is often a mutual benefit that can be achieved.”
Three Creeks Brewing Company opened the 10 barrel brewhouse and brewpub in Sisters during July of 2008. Three Creeks bottled their first beer, Rudolph’s Imperial Red, in December of that same year. The company chose the Sisters community intentionally as a place they wanted to live, work and grow-up. They are proud to be active members in supporting, promoting and participating in Sisters Country.
“Looking around our store, our signage screams ‘Your place for LOCAL’ and ‘Committed to Communities’. Our relationship with Three Creeks Brewing is a perfect demonstration of just that,” explained Jeff McDonald, store manager at Ray’s Food Place in Sisters. “It’s the cooperative effort of ideas to help each other grow and it’s the shared spirit in volunteering, promoting and giving back to our community.”
Both Three Creeks Brewing and Ray’s participate in numerous community events in support of Sisters Country including The RaysKiwanis Fundraiser Golf tournament, Sisters Stampede Mountain Bike Race, Sisters Fresh Hop Brew Festival, Starry Nights, Sisters Folk Festival and Sisters Quilt show.
