In November 2011 the Bend manufacturing plant for Fuqua Homes quietly shut its doors for good. The 14.47 acre industrial zoned site with 130,000+ square feet of warehouse and corporate offices is now owned by Plains Capitol Bank of Dallas, Texas.
The former Fuqua manufacturing facility located at 20495 Murray Road once employed approximately 300 people.
Plains Capitol Bank recently retained Fratzke Commercial Real Estate of Bend to represent them to sell the property. The asking price is $5,250,000.
“We’d love to find a company to buy this facility that would bring jobs to Bend and we are working with EDCO, The City of Bend, and the State or Oregon to attract a large manufacturing company,” states Brian Fratzke, Principal Broker.
