Don’t be misled by imitation voters’ guides. The Voters’ Guide produced by the League of Women Voters of Oregon Education Fund is the trusted resource that voters have counted on for decades and is available at libraries and online at VoteOregon.org. The League does not favor or oppose any candidate or ballot measure and works diligently to ensure that its reports are balanced, accurate, and fair.
The Voters’ Guide includes nonpartisan information about both candidates and ballot measures. Ballot measures are carefully researched. League volunteers request feedback from supporters and opponents, obtain information from state agencies and economists, and verify all relevant information. Financial impacts of measures are taken in whole or in part from the Financial Impacts and Explanatory Statements provided by the Secretary of State.
By producing Voters’ Guides for each election, the League of Women Voters of Oregon Education Fund seeks to empower citizens to understand governmental issues and to participate in the political process.
