April 11 (9am-1pm) Hiring Our Heroes has scheduled a job fair for veteran job seekers, active duty military members, guard and reserve members and military spouses at the Armed Forces Reserve Center at 875 SW Simpson in Bend. This event will be a one-of-a-kind FREE hiring fair for both employers and job seekers.
Employers and job seekers are strongly encouraged to pre-register for FREE. Walk-ins are welcome but space is limited.
This American Legion sponsored hiring event is being conducted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the Department of Labor Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (DOL VETS), the Oregon Committee for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, The American Legion, Hero 2 Hired, WorkSource Oregon, Bend Chamber of Commerce, Redmond Chamber of Commerce and other local partners.
