Golf Club is adding a new dining experience – a pub with a view, called The Row, planned for completion the end of September, according to managing partner Chris van der Velde.
“The Row will be Tetherow’s version of a pub – dishing up delicious food with a wholesome twist in a casual atmosphere – a great place to share golfing stories,” said van der Velde. “To polish it off, guests will enjoy stunning scenery from windows showcasing a 270-degree view from Pilot Butte to the Cascade peaks, with our golf course in between,” he said.
Tetherow announced plans to expand its restaurant facilities with work scheduled to begin in mid-May and be completed in September. The clubhouse kitchen will be expanded to accommodate The Row and Tetherow’s current restaurant – The Grill, a new event facility, and eventually room service for the new 50-room Tetherow Lodge under construction at the resort.
Tetherow chef Zac Hoffman said The Row will serve “upscale comfort food for the active soul with a focus on fresh, local ingredients prepared with a contemporary flair.” The Grill will serve clients looking for a quieter, more intimate dining experience with a more formal menu.
