BLRB Architects has completed designs and submitted to the City of Bend for site review for the new Boyd Acres Retail Plaza, located in Northeast Bend.
The plaza will total 15,948 square feet and will include two 4,934 square foot single-story retail buildings and two 3,040 square foot single-
story retail buildings. The buildings will be wood framed with wood structures, CMU wainscot, wood siding and metal roofing. Construction is set to begin Spring 2014 and completed by Fall 2014.
