Prestige Senior Living, L.L.C., a Washington-based leader in senior living, recently began operating eight assisted living and memory care communities in Oregon, expanding the company’s footprint across the Pacific Northwest.
Prestige joins the new communities through an acquisition by CNL Healthcare Properties, which acquired 12 communities across Idaho, Montana, Nevada and Oregon through this investment.

The new Prestige-managed communities in Oregon are Prestige Senior Living Southern Hills and Prestige Senior Living Orchard Heights, an assisted living and memory care community, both in Salem, Prestige Senior Living Riverwood in Tualatin, Prestige Senior Living High Desert in Bend, Prestige Senior Living Arbor Place in Medford, Prestige Senior Living Huntington Terrace in Gresham, Prestige Senior Living Five Rivers, which offers assisted and independent living in Tillamook and Prestige Senior Living Beaverton Hills in Beaverton.
At Prestige Senior Living Orchard Heights and Prestige Senior Living Arbor Place, the company plans to introduce its award-winning Expressions memory care program for residents living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
The expansion is the largest single acquisition to date for CNL Healthcare Properties and it expands Prestige’s portfolio to more than 80 owned and managed communities.
