Fratzke Commercial Real Estate announced that it has signed a five year contract with Bend LaPine Schools as the Real Estate Broker of Record for the School District. The School District owns a number of parcels of real estate in Deschutes County as well as many properties that are leased. Fratzke Commercial will be assisting the School District with an analysis of the portfolio of properties to provide guidance on leasing, asset disposition, and management strategies over the next five years.
The School District includes 29 schools in Deschutes County educating a total of 16,837 students as of October, 2013 in grades K through 12 and employs over 1,705 personnel in the 2012 – 2013 School Year.
