A Regional Hospice Vision

Hospice services are highly valued by our society, providing compassionate healthcare for individuals facing life-limiting illnesses, and valuing quality of life so that each person can make the most of an often challenging journey.

At Partners In Care, that’s our mission. Our calling is to assure consistent, expert service to those needing skilled and terminal care – and our vision is to enhance and strengthen the services we have provided as the longest serving home health and hospice organization in the region.

Over the past 35 years, we’ve cared for family members in the Central Oregon community with hospice services offered in the comfort of our patients’ homes – or in our own Hospice House, a unique haven that allows entire families spend time with their loved ones – while surrounded by 24-hour medical care. During that time, we’ve often cared for patients from surrounding areas, and have routinely received requests from regional communities to offer more local community services.

Listening to those invitations from caregivers and physician groups, we’ve expanded our reach in the past year to offer hospice and home health care services to the Prineville, and Madras communities as well as additional cities south of La Pine. Partnering with assisted living communities and individual families in these areas, we are delivering the same consistent high level of care, clinical excellence and personal, compassionate service our patients have come to expect from us.

At Partners In Care, we believe that hospice care is all about relationships and trust. We’re proud of our calling and our mission, and pleased when we receive referrals from families we’ve served.

We’re especially proud of the genuine compassion, respect and years of expertise our caregivers have offered to families in our community. It is now our honor to offer personalized home health and end-of-life care – as well as peace of mind – to families in our entire region.
