An increase in construction activity has lured mid-valley based White Oak Construction to expand their business in Bend. The company has worked closely with Salem based Lenity Architecture, that recently opened an office in Central Oregon.
Owner Mark Fox has a home in Bend and project manager, Dan Wellert has lived and worked in Bend, serving on projects such as Les Schwab Headquarters and Northwest Crossing.

Founded in 1997, White Oak has constructed hundreds of projects. Fostering a team atmosphere, WOC has established long-term relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors provides general contractor services, construction management, design build, budgeting, feasibility studies and consultant services for all types of commercial projects.
The company is a member of American Concrete Institute, American Society for Health Care Engineering, COBA, Bend Chamber, Central Oregon Builders Exchange, Economic Development for Central Oregon, is EarthWISE certified and named one of the top three commercial construction contractors for 2014 by the Statesman Journal.
Compass Commercial brokers, Dan Kemp and Bruce Kemp, CCIM represented White Oak Construction in its lease of its industrial space at 1117 SE Centennial, suite 130 in the same building as Belfor Property Restoration.
