The Deschutes County Community Development Department (CDD) has drafted its Annual Report and Work Plan for fiscal year 2014-15. The document summarizes achievements over the past year and outlines anticipated projects and goals in each of CDD’s four divisions for the next fiscal year. A Public Hearing before the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners will be held Monday, June 16, at 10am in the Barnes/Sawyer Rooms at the Deschutes Services Center.
It is available for public review on CDD’s website at www.deschutes.org/cdd
CDD’s mission is to facilitate orderly growth and development in the Deschutes County community through coordinated programs of Land Use Planning, Environmental Soils, Building Safety, Code Enforcement, education, and service to the public.
The public is encouraged to attend the hearing and provide input to this important document. Feedback about the proposed plan may also be submitted by sending comments to CDD Director Nick Lelack at Nick.Lelack@deschutes.org.
