Going Solar Affordable for Pacific Power Customers

Going Solar Affordable for Pacific Power Customers There’s no doubt that solar energy is an abundant alternative energy source for most Oregonians. However the multitude of available information and finance options can be daunting. Due to highly diverse variables such as family size, time of day homes are unoccupied and other factors, homes in the same neighborhood can have very different energy usage needs.

As a leader in the solar industry, Sunlight Solar Energy Inc. believes in educating their clients and empowering them to make informed buying decisions. They offer customized consultations to determine if a home is a good fit for solar, estimate projected savings through solar energy as well as offering multiple finance options.

In the past an upfront financial investment was required to get a solar system installed which restricted some interested consumers. To address this problem, Sunlight Solar Energy inc. partnered with a national third party and created a new initiative to offer Pacific Power customers a zero money down finance option.

The initiative, called SOLAR UP! ZERO DOWN! also locks in consumer’s utility rates for 25 years (the average yearly increase is currently 6.7 percent). The new initiative eliminates barriers for Oregonians who felt that a solar power system was financially out of reach. Now they can have solar power without the stress of an upfront investment. The zero down and rate locking initiative is expected to create an explosion in solar demand. Interested homeowners are encouraged to contact Sunlight Solar Energy Inc. as soon as possible to set up a free consultation.

Sunlight Solar Energy Inc is a 25 year old company specializing in the installation of residential and commercial solar panel systems headquartered in Bend.  The company is dedicated to educating our customers and empowering them to make intelligent buying decisions.

As member of the Central Oregon business community since 1997, Sunlight Solar has a successful history of installing small- and large-scale solar systems and has earned a strong reputation for customer satisfaction.
