Redmond Dental Group takes top honors as 26th Ranked (out of 100 businesses selected) Top Small Business to Work for in Oregon by Oregon Business Magazine. The prestigious award ceremony was held at the Oregon Convention Center on March 3 where 100 companies throughout Oregon were recognized for their outstanding dedication to serving customers and providing an exceptional workplace for employees. Redmond Dental is the first dental office in Oregon to receive this award.
The “100 best companies to work for in Oregon” selections are awarded to businesses, both large and small, for their dedication to keeping their employees happy. Companies are awarded based on employer and employee job satisfaction surveys – including benefits, policies, customer feedback, etc. Company scores are based on average satisfaction ratings in all categories.

The practice started as Dr. Max Higbee’s private practice more than 32 years ago, with the goal of providing the best possible dental care in Redmond and Central Oregon..
