Broker Howard Friedman, CCIM with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, Bethlehem Inn, in the acquisition of 517 NW Birch Avenue in Redmond. The 10,000 SF hotel on 0.43 acre sold for $2,365,500.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, Dan Kemp, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented the seller, GT Always Working LLC, in the sale of 1052 NE 3rd Street in Bend. Broker Dan Kemp also represented the buyer, Rajesh K Champatiary. The 1,099 SF retail building sold for $462,000.

Broker Dan Kemp also represented the buyer, Rajesh K Champatiary. The 1,024 SF retail building sold for $427,350.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Joel Thomas, CCIM represented the buyer, Mark Eilers, in the acquisition of 5255 SW Copley Road in Powell Butte. The 217,800 SF residential property was purchased for $660,000.

Broker Joel Thomas, CCIM with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, James Inkster, in the purchase of 565 SW Tamarack Court and 455 SW Tamarack Court in Redmond. The 1.47 acre industrial parcel was purchased for $531,000.
